This acquisition enhances REV’s product offering in its Fire Group within its Fire & Emergency segment, particularly with custom chassis pumpers, aerials and industrial apparatus.




Job summary: The position will perform functions that include effective communication and support to dealers and customers.  Assist in resolving warranty and parts problems, project and maintain a professional image, disseminate technical information and act as a liaison for dealers and customers.  Carrying out policies and programs and assisting with resolving unusual problems, service and maintenance and other matters needing the Customer Service department’s participation. Additionally, a key function of this position is the responsibility for directing the work of warranty dedicated road service technicians.



  • Administer warranty policies and procedures
  • Processing warranty claims and the request for warranty replacement parts
  • Daily dispatch of Road Service technicians
  • Daily supervision of Road Service technicians
  • Tracks and manages open warranty claims with suppliers
  • Creating warranty part orders for shipment
  • Creating Return Materials Authorizations for WP’s
  • Order fab parts and created PO’s for purchased parts
  • Coding warrantable failures



  • 5+ years of parts and warranty administration experience
  • High mechanical aptitude with a broad knowledge of multiple disciplines such as mechanics, plumbing, electrical, paint and body repair
  • Demonstrated high level of Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated effective people coaching and development skills
  • Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office products
  • Previous experience in purchasing/procurement, shipping/receiving, and parts warehouse operations is a plus
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 4-0 pounds.  Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
