Job summary: The position will perform functions that include effective communication and support to dealers and customers. Assist in resolving warranty and parts problems, project and maintain a professional image, disseminate technical information and act as a liaison for dealers and customers. Carrying out policies and programs and assisting with resolving unusual problems, service and maintenance and other matters needing the Customer Service department’s participation. Additionally, a key function of this position is the responsibility for directing the work of warranty dedicated road service technicians.
